Compound Semiconductors: Dates and Deadlines for Oral Examinations

PTA (winter semester) and EPA (summer semester)

Both exams PTA (winter lecture) and EPA (summer lecture) can be taken in any semester.
Taking part in an oral examination (PTA/EPA) strictly requires a prior registration for the correct examination! Please make sure to register for the right one!
If you want to participate in both exams (PTA+EPA) in one semester, you have to register for both in RWTHonline as well, and apply for two separate exam slots. It not allowed to be examined for both courses in a single examination.

Please note:
The deadline for RWTHonline registration is generally earlier than the end of the lecture period!
Please do not miss it! Please refer RWTH Online for the dates and deadlines.

In the lecture, you will have the option to sign up in a list for a preference. After this lecture, all (and only!) participants registered in RWTHonline will receive a confirmation for their examination date.
